B2B Demand Generation Manager

Every day, each Fooda location is served by different restaurants that come onsite and serve fresh lunch from their chef’s unique menus. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and own execution of Fooda’s demand generation strategy
  • Plan, develop, and execute B2B campaigns that provide a steady volume of high quality leads and opportunities for sales
  • Manage core B2B marketing channels including email, SEO, remarketing, paid search
  • Evaluate effectiveness of campaigns and fine-tune to increase conversion rates through an obsession with A/B testing 
  • Collaborate with marketing coordinator to plan cohesive automated workflows to support campaigns
  • Develop a deep understanding of Fooda’s customers, products, and buyer’s journey 
  • Write your own content that targets key buyer personas throughout each stage of the funnel and manage freelance writers
  • Accurately report on the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives through KPIs such as contribution to sales pipeline, campaign and channel ROI, lead acquisition and engagement 

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years in B2B demand generation, 2+ years in marketing
  • Strong experience managing SEM (including SEO and digital advertising)
  • Metrics driven and highly motivated by overarching business goals
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while executing and driving results
  • Willingness and ability to write quality content
  • Expertise using CRM and marketing automation software
  • Have a change agent mentality; continue to execute on existing successful marketing programs while also coming up with your own new ideas
