Position Description: 

Due to expanding growth, Fooda is hiring a Catering Attendant in Chicago market.

Who you are:

  • Prior food service/catering experience preferred
  • You are comfortable with customers and enjoy customer service/hospitality
  • You are friendly, high energy and comfortable interacting with other
  • Have strong communication skills and are a self-starter
  • You are comfortable working with a team
  • You are accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment 
What you’ll be doing:
  • Preparing catering carts with all service items to set-up and execute catered buffets for on-site catering orders 
  • Delivering catering carts to service location and setting up and executing buffet service
  • Cleaning up after catered service
  • Maintaining all catering prep areas
  • Know and maintain the Fooda Standards of Service and Sanitation daily 
  • Ability to be on your feet up to 8 hours, most of shift 
  • Building relationships with customers and go out of your way to provide a high level of customer service 
  • Working with team members to execute events
  • Escalate issues to Managers when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve
  • We are looking for a part-time catering attendant on Tuesdays- Wednesdays – Thursdays, typical hours will be 6:30 – 4:00 pm
