Position Overview:

The Partnerships Manager is responsible for directly supporting the Strategy and Product Innovation by identifying and qualifying new sales and partnership opportunities, managing opportunities through the sales lifecycle, tracking metrics & reporting, and generating revenue for the organization by consistently meeting the needs of the programming and initiatives within the Strategy & Product Innovation team. As a part of supporting the team the Partnerships Manager is expected to maintain their own sales pipeline as well as build, mentor, and manage a team.

What You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Lead the relationship management for both restaurants and clients
  • Establish and report on key metrics for a strategic, data driven approach to the sales programming Identify, recruit, manage, and assign personnel resources  based on the teams business priorities​Create, test, and implement new sales processes with the goal of identifying room for growth and innovations within current business programs and new, upcoming programming to the business
  • Develop and refine an inside team to build client partnerships and programming
  • Be held accountable for network and total programming growth and achieving budgeted acquisition targets​ for restaurant and client partnerships within Strategy & Product Innovation team. 
  • Continuously lead the partnerships team to exceed established KPI's 
  • Manage and implement new internal team SOP's and best practices (CRM, Document Handling, etc
  • Collaborate with external departments​ in a successful, productive manner to seek alignment and future support for team growth

Who You Are:
 
  • You have at least three years of outside sales experience
  • You have at least two years of sales management experience
  • You have proven success of being a working manager and closing business
  • You believe results matter and and effort is the most important ingredient
  • You are organized with strong project management skills
  • College Degree Preferred
  • This position resides in New York and has a hybrid work arrangement.

The base salary range for this role is $80,000-$90,000 and includes a sales bonus plan that is paid monthly and tied to metrics and results. The base salary is dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to work experience, training, location, and skills.
