Corporate Operations Associate

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Corporate Operations Manager, the Corporate Operations Associate will collaborate with Fooda’s in-market technology, and data science teams to analyze and implement new strategies to provide operational support and optimize Fooda’s processes. 

This role will involve learning Fooda’s operation and working with Fooda’s market and corporate operations teams to implement solutions which either improve same store sales or increase efficiencies internally.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Provide support for in-market teams by collecting information and data for both internal training and technology teams to increase Fooda’s Operations processes  
  • Manage procurement processes and controls to align and maintain with operational costs
  • Collaborate with Account Management (AM) and Data Science teams to troubleshoot and improve scheduling machine learning model to advance restaurant sales at Fooda Popup Events and streamline the scheduling process
  • Organize data, communicate challenges and problem solve potential solutions with multiple teams across the all Fooda Markets relating to daily Operations across product lines
  • Assist with finding and executing on identified areas of improvement for for improved operational and cost efficiencies

Who You Are:

  • You enjoy multifaceted projects and can take ownership of a project with multiple diverse stake holders
  • An effective communicator who can help gain internal adoption to any proposed changes
  • A service-minded team-player, committed to helping others learn and improve
  • 3+ years of experience in an operations, customer support, or service role
