Marketing Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high level of CRM data integrity for daily operations supporting Fooda’s sales and marketing teams (e.g. deduping, ensuring contact fields are correctly populated) 
  • Manage existing processes for Fooda’s internal sales CRM system including: uploading contacts, assigning leads and activity reporting
  • Conduct marketing automation administration (e.g. Creating HubSpot workflows, forms, execution and reporting of multiple email campaigns) 
  • Execute all lead generation efforts by following existing processes aligning to targeted Fooda customers
  • Coordinate all logistics for Fooda’s  trade show program including but not limited to:  securing locations, procuring booth services, ordering and shipping of all supplies and company collateral,  and coordinating travel logistics for company attendees
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Fooda’s total addressable market by  identifying and reporting on relevant updates
  • Compile monthly reports as requested by upper management and maintain marketing dashboard


  • Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience (experience in B2B marketing is a plus)
  • Extreme attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with assigned deadlines
  • Proficiency in Excel including: Lookups, de-duping, csv imports and resolving data discrepancies
  • Maintaining workflow processes within a committed timeline, with consistent and accurate results
  • Experience with event coordination 
  • Willingness to take on new responsibilities as necessary to meet the needs of the business and team
